Out in the darkness,
on a cold winter's night,
A small little bird,
begins to take flight.
Spreading and flapping its wings rapidly,
it quickly makes it way out to sea.
The moonlight guides it on its way,
until the bird becomes at bay.
Off in the distance, a gleaming array
of beautiful lights, set astray.
Carefully approaching the unknown wonder,
rain starts to fall, soon after comes thunder.
Out in the darkness,
on a cold winter's night,
sits a small little bird,
drenched in Vanilla Twilight.
Wow, Vince I didn't realize you could write poetry like this. I am very impressed. Way to go!
ReplyDeleteOoo la la, Vanilla Twilight? Is this the piece where we had to use the titles on the board? I like it, very flowly!
