The Rocky Horror Picture Show!!!!!!!!!

Oh, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. How few of you know about it. Partially because of its "weird" and distinguished themes of creating love, mixed with the occasional transvestite, monster, and sex-addicted people. You know… fun stuff.

Well, anyways, it's something that was introduced to me by my now favorite book called "The Perks of Being a Wallflower". In this book, the main character and his friends are involved in the midnight showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show and act as characters in it. Patrick is Frank 'N Furter, Sam is Janet, and so on. Ever since I read that book about a year ago, I have always wanted to see the show live. I ended up going with my friend Annaleigh, who was already into it since her sisters both knew about it, and one of them was already in the cast.

I ended up going for the first time in October and all I have to say was that it was awesome! I ended up going in Rocky's distinguished gold shorts, and shirtless. Everyone was dressed up and looking pretty darn snazzy. I lost my "virginity" there too as well as screamed callbacks after the movie lines, threw toast and toilet paper to the rest of the crowd and danced to the Time Warp.

I went back the 2nd month, and it became an addiction and trend that I would

MY FAVORITE BOOK, YO!

I am currently reading, well, re-reading my favorite book "The Perks of Being A Wallflower". I hate boring reviews about "word choice, blah, the tone, BLAH, the structure." All I really care about is what the book means to me. I don't care if it's poorly written, or not up to par with most literature. If it evokes some type of emotion in me that I can relate to, then it's considered a great book to me. This book depicts the freshman year of a boy in high school. It revolves around sex, drugs, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, violence, and the typical struggles of a teenager. It is structured in letter form to an annonymous person labeled "friend". Annddddddd this is where I really don't care about being formal at all. It is a pretty darn good story for someone who is just starting out in high school and is very blunt about topics related to it. I am not a book reviewer, so this is pretty much all you're going to get from me. Okay, bye.

Vanilla Twilight

Out in the darkness,
on a cold winter's night,
A small little bird,
begins to take flight.
Spreading and flapping its wings rapidly,
it quickly makes it way out to sea.
The moonlight guides it on its way,
until the bird becomes at bay.
Off in the distance, a gleaming array
of beautiful lights, set astray.
Carefully approaching the unknown wonder,
rain starts to fall, soon after comes thunder.
Out in the darkness,
on a cold winter's night,
sits a small little bird,
drenched in Vanilla Twilight.

Tumblr is so much more exciting than this siteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Unveiling Of A Rated Pg-13 Blog

First of all, don't expect any formal introductions or wordings from me. I'm Vince Rolbiecki, a senior at Cudahy High School. This is a blog that I made for my Advanced Composition class, so of course it has to be filtered and restricted in terms of word choice.

Angsty and questionable. That's pretty much all I am. I'm the Gaga kid at school. I don't know if that has a negative or positive connotation, but I really don't care. I love to write and make people laugh, and that's about all.

I am going to UWM in the Fall to begin my major in English. I eventually want to become a high school English teacher. To me, english and the arts is the most important in terms of education. It provides an environment of self exploration and freedom, which is what I want future generations to experience, with my help of course.

That's all for now I guess. I don't know if I did this first blog right, seeing as how I didn't even look at the direction sheet, but what's done is done, even though you can revise these posts... :)
